		<description>sitting at one place for hours and hours is not good for health.It is better to walk here and there at the office if possible for every two hours.continuous working may leads to stress which is again not good for health.It may also leads to the problems like back pain,melting of back bone discs,head ache and cramps in legs etc.To avoid the stress on mind one can listen to music in the leisure time of office hours.One should  consume much water to avoid the headache.Daily exercises will be helpful in keeping the body fit every time.</description>

A while back I suffered from a back injury caused by my chair but in fact it was caused by not sitting in the correct manner. Correct Posture is a totally different topic with its own nitty gritty stuff. If we all can incorporate these guidelines you have here I&#039;m sure we all will enjoy going to work.</description>

		<description>I find deculttering hugely helpful in reducing workplace stress.  The other thing I&#039;m finding really helps is to kill procrastination, and try to plan to arrive everywhere a few minutes early.  It&#039;s really reduced my stress levels all round!</description>
