		<description>I completely agree. I was getting very stressed with my website endeavors as it seems I have so much to do even working harder and harder. What I did instead was take a day off and visit my parents. It released my stress and helped me realize that I have to prioritize instead of stressing.</description>

		<description>Many adults experience stress in their workplace because of high demands from their bosses and superiors and  trying to to beat deadlines. I  am a manager in a medium sized company and I like to see my subordinates  working in a happy and relax environment. I try to create a work environment  which is not stressful by treating my co-workers and subordinates as friends. This is possible. We discuss to solve work problems as a team  So if you are a boss or manager reading this, you might want to do this so your  colleagues are less stressful and can even be more productive.</description>

Do not procrastinate and leave it to tomorrow. That way, you won&#039;t have a backlog and stress yourself unnecessarily rushing to complete everything in a short period of time. I also destress myself by listening to alpha brain wave files which lower the brainwaves to a relax state.</description>

Different ways people could relax depends on what sort of work they do and what type of stress they have. I am a removalist so I do a lot of hard work throughout the day. I like to relax listing to music and also plan for holidays at regular intervals this works all times.</description>
