		<description>Great article, really made me think. Since I improved my diet and started attending a health club I have felt a lot more alert and generally happier, but also feel that I am over cautious with what I eat etc. Balance is the key!</description>

When you get to a point in your life when you are having a family and job and life’s entire situation if you have that foundation of good health by diet, exercise and keeping the brain motivated then those lessons will keep you going and can be passed to family members who can have a good start as well. Having a healthily life style is not only good for yourself but can be good all round as you will live longer with less risk of medical problems which in turn helps financially with paying less for insurance and medical costs. If you start learning healthy idea and techniques then they stay with you and are easier to keep maintaining.</description>

Some people say that they don’t have time to exercise, but I agree with what Stephen Covey said in “The 7 Habits of Highly Successful People”, that we don’t have time not to exercise. If we don’t exercise, we’ll become like stagnant water, which becomes spoiled. Moving water doesn’t get spoiled. It’s a question of discipline. By being disciplined and exercising now, we’ll avoid being ill and a patient in the future.</description>
