		<description>I&#039;m doing the last one fine (no tobacco) but the first two are difficult for me. I don&#039;t like exercise, and don&#039;t have much motivation for it (although I have joined a gym &amp; I&#039;m trying to do regular exercise). I am also trying to eat smaller portions of food more regularly - to eat just enough and not more than I am hungry for. Apart from lack of exercise I live &amp; eat healthily.</description>
