Effective Chakra Meditation

Research has it that human life is all about emotions and feelings. The emotions arise from different things we do. Some emotions can cause stress in life. It is for this reason that meditation was brought forward. An example is the chakra meditation. This technique employs different concepts to bring about chakra balancing. The balancing eventually leads to what is commonly referred to as chakra healing.

What is this chakra meditation? Energy centers of our bodies are called chakras. Blocked chakras affect physical and mental wellness. Each chakra has a color. This identifies it from other chakras. Examples are red and orange. An example is the red colored root chakra.

What are the different chakras? First, there is the red colored root chakra. This chakra is situated at the base of the spine. You will be strong and secure if the root chakra is balanced. If not, you will be anxious, fearful and with a weak immunity. The second chakra is the sacral chakra. It is orange in color and found below the belly button. A balanced sacral chakra makes people feel happy, friendly and passionate. If it is blocked, sexual difficulties, low inspiration levels and emotional instability may be felt.

Located between the ribcage and navel is the red colored solar plexus chakra. When balanced, you will have more energy and be productive. On the other hand, an imbalanced solar plexus chakra can cause insecurities, procrastinations, reduced energy levels and digestive problems. The heart chakra on the other hand is green. Love is the theme of this chakra that is located in the heart. Your love and spiritual affairs are good if it is balanced. Blocked heart chakra causes loneness and chest pains.

The chakra responsible for our communication is the throat chakra, which is located in the throat and is blue in color. When this chakra is balanced, we are clear in communication and are equally good at listening. If it is imbalanced, social anxiety and tension while talking can arise. On the other hand, the third eye chakra is indigo in color and located on the forehead. Our communication with the universe is good if it is balanced. If not, anxiety, headaches and depression may occur.

Lastly, we have the crown chakra which is violet in color. Located at the top of the head, this chakra must be balanced for us to be open-minded and accept divine guidance. Confusion, stress and nervous system problems will happen if it is blocked. If you want to have chakra meditation, it is advisable to have guidance while doing it. Great results will be realized if led by experts. If you want to experience it from scratch, just go for guided chakra meditations for beginners.
