		<description>I can&#039;t imagine a life without music. It would be totally boring, isn&#039;t it?  Music is a big influence to a person, and also  to ones health. Indeed, I agree, it is already proven and tested - music is food for the soul. Just wondering which kind of music is more therapeutic? Is it true that more alive (alternative or rock) music is much better for the health?</description>

		<description>This is 100% true! how it works is when you concentrate on the melody you distract your mind from dwelling in the past, saying negative things about yourself and being anxious about the future...all of which are roots of depression. the key is finding music that feels good to you, that you want to follow and that will keep your mind present and out of the past and/or future. i find that classical style pieces help me the most. Liebstraum is my most favorite piece to listen to but more contemporary classical like yanni or jim brickman are great as well.</description>
