		<description>For a long time I have been sleeping to much and I know it is vitally important to get enough sleep but it has now been shown in numerous studies that sleeping too much can be equally if not worse than not enough sleep. One study of 10000 people in the middle part of the last decade showed that a person that increased their nightly sleep from 7 to 8 hours actually doubled their mortality rate.</description>

		<description>I agree with you Jenny. Too much sleep can be counter productive but I would rather have had too much sleep than a lack of it. For a while I was working two jobs and I was only getting about 4 to 5 hours of sleep a day. I noticed my health starting to deteriorate and when I went to the doctor she said it was from lack of sleep. Thanks for posting this and making people aware of how important sleep is</description>
