		<description>Walking is a great way to keep healthy. Only problem here is the heat in the summer. I usually take a 15 minute walk with each of my big dogs. Having a pair of Mastiffs that like to walk is a great motivator in the morning!!</description>

		<description>What I try to do at least twice a week is get up in the morning before work and go for a jog. There is no better feeling when you are done and you get to see the neighborhood wake up, the sunrise, the birds sing, all while increasing the health of your body and mind.</description>

I have a somewhat stressful job as an Activity Director at an Active Adult Resort, so walking helps me clear my head of the million things running around in my brain.  I enjoy walking around the neighborhood, seeing nature and breathing fresh air.</description>
