		<description>A morning walk can do miracles. You feel yourself in a better mood, relaxed and full of energy and you have to power to do more work or tasks during the day. A morning walk can improve your quality of life and you are a happy person and you will be more successful in all your tasks during the day. A morning walk can even combined with some other exercises in the afternoon or evening provide a better sleep. It is a good exercise for most everyone and the best timing of the day to have energy for the entire day.</description>

By constantly moving your joints, you increase your blood circulation in a way that can only be completed with your daily morning walk.</description>
